BOOKING POLICY

- Please make sure you book classes at least 24h prior: our system will reject any closer-in-time attempt

- Classes fill up quite quickly, and when they are full, there is nothing we can do to help.

- Please consider booking way in advance to ensure a spot for yourself/your child

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Up to 24hour-prior cancellation is allowed by default through our booking system for any reason. The student should make the change on their end by following the instructions on the confirmation email they’ve received upon booking.
- Last minute (= less than 24h advance notice) cancellations because of health related issues are allowed to be made up at a later time or, if necessary, refunded. Text or email is fine and we will fix things ourselves in our official booking platform. These cancellations can really get backlogged so it is always a good idea to follow up with us to make sure we got the message and have given you instructions on how to book at a later time/have issued the refund where needed. As a general rule of thumb, please be so kind to let us know as early as you can. And no, we don’t need to see a doctor’s certification: we absolutely count on your honesty.

- Extreme weather last minute cancellations are allowed IF the roads are dangerous to drive on. “I don’t want to come out because I wish to stay in and snuggle on a cold day” doesn’t quite cut it 🤪

- Any type of last minute cancellation that is not health-emergency or extreme-weather related will not be rescheduled or refunded

- If your ranch presents weather-related challenges that will make the lesson less valuable, talk to us and we'll make a decision together!

For horse owners:

- lessons which are made impossible by horse injuries, when there is no alternative horse to work with, will be refunded/rescheduled.

- lessons that are made impossible by a horse opting out of riding will not be rescheduled or refunded — as you know, riding is not our main focus anyway, and plenty of horsemanship can be learned from the ground or even from observing the other students at work

- if we need to cancel for any reason last minute (illness, scheduling nightmare, horse emergency, etc), you will be able to reschedule or, if needed, refunded.
